Agency Manager

Looking Sales person for insurance sector having experinces in any sales or marketing (BFSI Preffered)

Designation : Agency Manager

Job Responsibilities -

• Recruit new Agents in compliance with agent recruitment guidelines.

• Drive agent recruitment and ensure timely activation of agents.

• Facilitate training and development of agents to meet business and compliance requirements.

• Maintain business hygiene standards while managing operational pressures.

• Responsible for managing day to day operations of Recruitment Dashboard & Publish daily and weekly report to Senior Management.

Experience Needs to have spent at least 1+ years insurance company.
